Pictoplasma
A selection of my submissions to Pictoplasma’s open calls over the years. Each project explores character design through different themes and constraints.
Sticky Character 2026
My entry for the #StickyCharacters call by Pictoplasma. I created a dinosaur with a mirrored head and tail, inspired by the coin toss phrase “Heads or tails?”, using symmetry to reflect chance, choice, and duality.

Character matters 2025
My entry for the #CharacterMatters call by Pictoplasma. I designed a poster featuring a carrot and a grater, where the act of grating becomes part of the typography — the word “character” appears through the grater’s holes, while “matters” is formed by the grated carrot pieces.

Character Flags 2021
My entry for the #CharacterFlags call by Pictoplasma. Inspired by the idea of turning characters into iconic graphical symbols, I created a flag-based design that translates character identity into a bold and simplified visual form.
